A favorite Blue Cheese of mine is Penta Crème Blue Cheese. It's a milder, five-creme blue cheese and is master crafted to be the most decadent of blues. A tangy tart but mild blue. Pairs well with honey, grapes and raspberries. It’s both creamy and crumbly. Tastes great in salads and sprinkled over pasta. Pairs well with a Malbec or red Zinfandel or a slightly sweet white wine like a crisp Riesling. 🍷 🧀 🍇
