This port wine derby cheese is a smooth, creamy cheese, flavored with black current notes and marbled with port wine. So pretty when sliced and served with blackberries. So delicious with a glass of dry red wine or port. It’s a bit pricier at $9-$11 for an 8 oz wedge but so delectable with a red Zinfandel or wheat beer.
